Description
- As Head of Customer Success, you will own the strategy and execution behind EULER's post-sale customer experience, reporting to the co-founders.
- You'll be accountable for retention and expansion targets (NRR and churn), build and refine a scalable Customer Success playbook from onboarding through renewal and expansion, define success plans and health scoring frameworks, maintain customer health visibility and reporting in HubSpot or similar CRM, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer.
- This is a player-coach role that involves hands-on engagement with strategic accounts, hiring and developing the Customer Success team, and proactively identifying risk and opportunity to present solutions to leadership.
