Description
- Epoch AI is looking for a Recruiter who will own hiring pipelines end-to-end and help grow a world-class team.
- The role involves managing multiple simultaneous hiring rounds, sourcing and communicating with candidates, and guiding hiring managers through fast and transparent hiring.
- You will scope new roles, design interview processes, run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer, handle candidate communications, source talent and referrals, screen applications in the ATS (Lever), coordinate interviews and paid work trials, and project-manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds including pipelines, scheduling, budgets, and decision timelines.
- As a Senior Recruiter, you would also own more strategic decisions such as which analytics to track for hiring and budgeting recommendations.
- The role is fully remote, hires in many countries, and prefers candidates who can overlap with UTC–8 and UTC time zones and who can travel for three annual team retreats.

- Annual salary between $105,000 and $140,000 USD depending on seniority (with regional adjustments)
