- We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to drive critical FP&A functions, serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, and support business growth through data-driven insights, financial modeling, and operational collaboration.
- Responsibilities include quarterly forecasting, board reporting, cash flow and equity burn modeling, strategic analysis, covenant reporting, annual planning, and month-end close.
- The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, strong technical skills with EPM tools, experience influencing business decisions, and familiarity with systems like NetSuite and SQL.
- The role requires proactive insight generation, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- The position is remote within the USA.

Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, especially in high-growth tech or SaaS companies
- Proficiency with Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools, including building and troubleshooting models
- Strong financial acumen with 3-statement modeling expertise
- Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills
- Experience with driver-based models and quantifiable assumptions
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights
- Experience preparing materials for boards or executive teams
- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience with HRIS systems like HiBob is a plus
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or management consulting
- Experience with travel, marketplace, or B2B SaaS business models
- SQL proficiency for ad-hoc data analysis
- Experience building FP&A processes during scaling phases
- Mentoring or leading cross-functional teams
