Description
- We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement clarity, and contribute to successful product delivery.
- The role involves requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and participating in Agile delivery practices.
- The Business Analyst will create and maintain requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications, collaborate with engineering teams using basic technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations), and use AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements.
