Description
- At Conduit, we're building the crypto-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.
- The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across infrastructure layers, partnering with engineering to escalate bugs, proactively monitoring systems, and improving support tools and documentation.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical support, infrastructure operations, or DevOps, and be comfortable with container orchestration, APIs, and observability stacks.
- They should be able to read/write code snippets in Go, Solidity, or TypeScript, and understand L1s or rollup architectures.
- The position requires a self-starter attitude, calmness under pressure, and strong communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in technical support, infrastructure ops, or DevOps in a fast-paced B2B or cloud environment.
- Self-starter who can thrive with autonomy and take initiative.
- Ability to stay calm in high-stakes situations and solve complex technical problems.
- Comfortable with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), storage/compute systems, APIs, and observability stacks.
- Ability to read/write code snippets in Go, Solidity, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of L1s or rollup architectures.
- Experience building or contributing to support tooling and automation.
- Strong communication skills, even under pressure.
- Enjoy working across teams and understanding how systems work under the hood.
