Description
- Egen is seeking a strategic, client-facing Senior Consultant to lead high-impact transformations focused on agentic work enabled by Google Cloud, Gemini, and Google Workspace.
- You will embed with client teams to design and apply structured change management methodologies, facilitate discovery workshops, define outcomes and KPIs, map impacts to policy and process, and lead pilot programs.
- Responsibilities include executive coaching and stakeholder engagement, building change champion networks, crafting learning journeys and narratives, producing enablement assets using Google Workspace, facilitating workshops (in-person and virtual with tools like Miro/Mural), establishing support infrastructure (Slack/Teams channels, office hours, self-service agents), and generating adoption reporting and sustainment activities to embed new behaviors.
