Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or FP&A
- At least 2+ years in FP&A or finance roles at a consumer brand (DTC, CPG, etc.)
- Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Strong financial modeling skills, including model building from scratch
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining financial concepts clearly to clients
- Curiosity about consumer businesses and a proactive, ownership mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
