Description
  • DMR Technologies is a U.S.-based manufacturer of agricultural spray drones and precision equipment aimed at improving farm efficiency and profitability.
  • The Sales Manager will promote and sell the Field Ranger™ spray drones, conduct demonstrations, build relationships with growers and dealers, and identify new sales channels.
  • The role requires at least 3 years of sales experience in agricultural equipment or related fields, with strong knowledge of crop spraying and precision agriculture.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with sprayers, implements, or drone operations, and established industry relationships.
  • The position offers a competitive salary, commission, bonuses, a company vehicle, demo access, and full FAA Part 107 training.
  • The role is remote, based in the United States.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agricultural equipment, spraying systems, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of crop spraying, fertilizer and chemical application, or precision ag systems.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience selling sprayers, implements, or precision ag equipment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with drone operations or willingness to complete DMR’s flight and sales training (preferred).
  • Established relationships within the agricultural equipment or agribusiness community (preferred).
