  • Solution Architects align customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of Salesforce solutions through ensuring customer success and driving significant business value.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams.
  • They will architect detailed solutions tailored to customer goals, lead technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration, act as a release manager, lead design sessions, collaborate on prototypes, groom product backlogs, and be the subject matter authority for Salesforce solutions.
  • The role involves leading project meetings, designing test plans, supervising configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment.
  • Minimum Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
  • The candidate should have a 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience, professional services experience, and 2+ years leading technical engagements.
  • Experience presenting to organizational levels including C-suite, and active Salesforce community involvement are required.
  • The role emphasizes behaviors like achieving results, accountability, delivering exceptional customer experience, situational adaptability, influence, and inspiring others.
  • The position is remote, based in Minnesota, US.

Requirements
  • 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role
  • Professional Services experience
  • 2+ years leading technical engagements with program management or architectural responsibilities
  • Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels including the C-suite
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company
  • Salesforce Architecture certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of core Salesforce product offerings
