- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer-Facing Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various customer projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects, ensuring that customer goals are met through precise project management and regular communication.
- This role requires managing hybrid projects that involve both product (hardware and software) delivery and customized development services with certifications and compliances.
- This is a technical project management role — the ideal candidate will be as comfortable discussing firmware updates, API integrations, or compliance test reports as they are managing timelines and customer relationships.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing customer-facing projects involving hardware and software delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple communication platforms and channels effectively.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (IELTS, TOEFL, or other scores can be submitted).
- Experience working in remote-first companies, with a preference for experience in asynchronous communication environments.
- Solid technical foundation (engineering, IoT, embedded systems, or SaaS background preferred) combined with strong project management methodology, especially for hybrid hardware+software delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, Bitrix24, or similar.
- Knowledge of IoT hardware and SaaS software certifications and compliances (like CE, RoHS, SOC-2, ISO, etc) is a plus point.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to managing project timelines and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with project management.
- Experience in handling projects that involve both product delivery and customized development services.
- Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Solutions Engineer, or similar hybrid technical/customer-facing role in an IoT, hardware, or embedded-systems company.
- A background in working closely with technical teams, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and customer expectations.
