Description
- Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy through global training programs and data competitions, aiming to create equal access to data-driven jobs.
- The Lead Instructor: Data Center Technician will deliver high-quality virtual instruction, conduct large synchronous online lectures, and support learners in acquiring data center and technical skills.
- Responsibilities include preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, managing class engagement, collaborating with operations staff, and contributing to curriculum development.
- The role requires professionalism, responsiveness, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates should have experience working in physical data centers or similar environments, mentoring or supervising, and a passion for supporting learners.
- Certification such as A+ or Network+ is an asset.
- This is a remote, part-time, contract position with flexible scheduling, primarily during weekdays and/or weekends.
