- The role involves supporting customers with SD-WAN (preferably Cato), internet, and related services, troubleshooting LAN setups, supporting onboarding, collaborating with vendors, owning support issues, maintaining customer relationships, mentoring engineers, and taking on additional responsibilities.
- The position is fully remote, with multiple shift options, and requires fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of relevant experience, CCNA/CCNP certifications, strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper), firewall experience, and knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VRRP, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design.
- Compensation ranges from USD 32,000 to 50,000 annually, with flexible shifts supporting global customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment
- Expertise in SDWAN (Cato preferred)
- CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable
- Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper)
- Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred)
- Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP
- Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
