Description
- Colibri Group is seeking a practical, business-oriented Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its Legal, Regulatory and Compliance team and report to the General Counsel.
- The role includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements for both customer-facing and vendor-side transactions, improving and structuring the contracting function (templates, playbooks, intake and lifecycle management), administering and optimizing AI-enabled contract lifecycle management technology, developing metrics and reporting for contracting, maintaining contract records and supervising Contract Specialists.
- The position works closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Privacy, Information Security, Technology, Product, Marketing, Human Resources and other business functions.
