Description
- ClickHouse is seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the VP EMEA Sales and RVP EMEA Solutions Architecture.
- The role focuses on complex calendar management, scheduling and prioritisation across multiple time zones, coordinating domestic and international travel (with emphasis on APAC), preparing materials, agendas, meeting notes and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, offsites, customer engagements and business events.
- The EA will facilitate communication across Sales, Revenue, and cross-functional teams, track action items and key deliverables, draft and edit executive communications, presentations and reports, and serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- The role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and exercising sound judgment when prioritising competing requests and managing escalations in a fast-paced environment.
