As part of our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, you'll be a motivated, self-driven sales professional in the payment solutions industry, working independently to educate and close deals with local businesses or remotely.
The role offers uncapped commissions, residual income, flexible schedules, and support through training and mentorship.
You will be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to source leads, with a focus on B2B outside sales.
The position is fully remote, requiring eligible work rights and the ability to operate in your region.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
Resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Motivated by meaningful work and aligned with core values
