- The Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) will align People & Culture objectives with talent strategy, consult with leadership on talent management issues, partner across HR functions to deliver value-added services, design and implement change management and organizational development strategies, support performance and employee relations, guide workforce planning and succession initiatives, and lead and coach the People & Culture team to drive talent and culture initiatives across LATAM.
