Description
  • As a Customer Success Manager at Camunda you’ll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal to achieve adoption, growth, and measurable outcomes; you will drive retention and expansion, lead structured customer conversations, use data to prioritize actions and forecast outcomes, project-manage cross-functional work to unblock customers, and contribute to the Customer Success practice by sharing learnings and refining playbooks and processes.
