Description
- BlueCloud is a Snowflake Elite Partner focused on helping enterprise organizations move from fragmented legacy systems to unified, AI-ready Snowflake platforms.
- The System Administrator role owns day-to-day help desk ticket triage, configures and maintains SSO across business applications, and executes infrastructure changes through the formal change management process.
- Key responsibilities include monitoring and triaging the IT ticket queue, categorizing and escalating tickets, tracking SLAs, communicating with end users, maintaining triage documentation and runbooks, configuring and maintaining Single Sign-On integrations, onboarding applications into identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), managing provisioning/deprovisioning and group-based access, troubleshooting authentication and access issues, maintaining SSO documentation and app inventory, submitting and executing system changes per change management (including risk assessment, rollback plans, coordination with stakeholders, executing changes in maintenance windows, and validating post-implementation outcomes).
