Description
  • We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong foundation in enterprise IT systems to join our team. This role is responsible for serving as the technical liaison and trusted advisor to high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, a strong customer orientation and a willingness to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
  • Key Responsibilities include acting as the primary technical escalation point, understanding client business goals, reviewing system health reports, collaborating with support and engineering teams, communicating complex technical issues, supporting ITIL-based processes, and coordinating with offshore NOC teams.
  • Skills required include managing Windows Server environments, network device configuration, cloud solutions on Azure and AWS, virtualization technologies like VMWare, and strong customer-facing and strategic skills. Soft skills include excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and self-motivation.
  • The salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, based on market pay structures and individual qualifications.

Requirements
  • Experience managing and administering Windows Server environments
  • Strong knowledge of network device configuration and administration
  • Understanding of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, including hybrid environments
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMWare
  • Proven success in a Technical Account Manager or customer-facing engineering role
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and incident, change, and problem management
  • Ability to interpret system metrics and translate into business actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and documentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively
