Description
- This Sales Development Representative will participate in a structured Sales Development and Training Program (approximately 8–12 months) to learn products, sales processes, customer experience, and internal workflows.
- Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day sales operations, maintaining accurate sales and customer data, assisting with sales reporting, pipeline and lead management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, and owning assigned operational projects.
- As part of sales development, the role involves building product and industry expertise, learning the end-to-end sales process, developing lead generation and prospecting skills, participating in sales meetings and discovery sessions, qualifying opportunities, understanding pipeline management and forecasting, shadowing experienced sales professionals, completing training and professional development activities, and gradually taking on client-facing sales responsibilities.
