Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and cloud services is a plus.
