The Web & UI Designer will be responsible for improving website pages, designing new sections, preparing Figma files for developers, and maintaining visual consistency across brands.
The role involves close collaboration with developers, marketing, and content teams, participating in A/B testing, and creating visual assets for blogs, social media, and promotional campaigns.
The designer will focus on conversion optimization, user engagement, and adhering to design systems, while supporting ongoing experiments and web initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in web and UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma, understanding of responsive design, accessibility, SEO principles, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in web and UI/UX design
Proficient in English
Expert-level proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
Strong understanding of responsive web design, grid systems, and layout principles
Ability to create clean, conversion-focused designs aligned with brand guidelines
Experience creating high-fidelity UI for marketing funnels and landing pages
Solid understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and UX best practices
Knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies
Familiarity with SEO-influenced design decisions such as content hierarchy and page structure
Experience working with WordPress developers and understanding implementation limitations
