- AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, is revolutionizing the eCommerce industry by providing innovative tools for online sellers worldwide.
- The Web & UI Designer will be responsible for improving website pages, designing new sections, preparing Figma files for developers, and maintaining visual consistency across brands.
- The role involves close collaboration with developers, marketing, and content teams, participating in A/B testing, and creating visual assets for blogs, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- The designer will focus on conversion optimization, user engagement, and adhering to design systems, while supporting ongoing experiments and web initiatives.
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in web and UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma, understanding of responsive design, accessibility, SEO principles, and excellent communication skills.
- Bonus skills include experience with A/B testing tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and multilingual website design.
- The role requires attention to detail, creative problem-solving, proactive communication, and time management in a remote environment.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in web and UI/UX design
- Proficient in English
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, grid systems, and layout principles
- Ability to create clean, conversion-focused designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Experience creating high-fidelity UI for marketing funnels and landing pages
- Solid understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and UX best practices
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies
- Familiarity with SEO-influenced design decisions such as content hierarchy and page structure
- Experience working with WordPress developers and understanding implementation limitations
- Ability to prepare organized, developer-friendly design handoffs (components, styles, assets, states)
