The Customer Support Agent will act as a key contact for users, providing product and service information, resolving issues efficiently, and developing deep knowledge of AutoDS’s platform.
Responsibilities include managing support tickets, building rapport with customers, documenting interactions, and adapting to different workflows.
The role is deeply technical, requiring a strong understanding of the platform, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle multiple products and pipelines.
The position is fully remote, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
Proven customer support experience (technical preferred)
Strong technical aptitude, with eagerness to learn new platforms and tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard support practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)
Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a range of personalities and situations
Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to work full-time within assigned shift patterns, with occasional flexibility if required
