  • The Product Manager will be responsible for the patient and provider outbound communications domain, particularly written clinical communications such as letters and documents.
  • This role involves serving as the primary product owner for all letter-based communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, clinical, compliance, and client success to shape configuration, customization, and workflows.
  • The role emphasizes scaling efficiency, maintaining clinical accuracy, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • The Product Manager will also triage customer requests, improve workflows, and influence platform evolution based on operational needs.
  • The position requires close partnership with engineering and clinical teams to meet regulatory standards and optimize communication processes.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
