- The Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for handling contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for Allocator One’s global activities.
- Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and standardizing agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners; supporting compliance processes and document due diligence; providing quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions; maintaining an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts; coordinating with external counsel when needed; and participating in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.
