- As a Junior Generalist, you will support global operations, assist with administrative and financial tasks, and ensure consistent coordination across time zones.
- You will gain hands-on experience in high-level project support and develop your professional skills in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Tasks include supporting data entry and updates across CRM and financial trackers, managing and archiving invoices, receipts, and expense reports, assisting in event preparation and sponsorship research, coordinating calendar invitations and meeting summaries, executing daily task handovers through Slack, and collaborating with senior generalists and specialists for ongoing projects.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or virtual assistance.
- Good written and spoken English (B2 minimum); C1 is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a global structure.
