- The Product Implementation Specialist will own multi-month customer onboarding projects, creating project plans, tracking milestones, managing stakeholders, diagnosing technical blockers, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding processes.
- The role also involves standardizing onboarding procedures, communicating with clients, and performing light technical tasks such as data imports and API checks.
- The ideal candidate has experience managing complex SaaS implementations, strong project management skills, basic SQL and Excel knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
- Bonus skills include experience with data migrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
