Description
- Airalo is seeking a Solution Architect to lead localized adaptation and system integration of its Global MVNO Core (HSS, DRA, PGW) across LATAM markets.
- The role involves translating regional mandates and regulatory findings into clear functional requirements, leading discovery workshops with local MNOs and regulators, comparing local requirements against platform capabilities, and collaborating with Core Engineers on enhancements and phased delivery.
- You will create high-level technical workflows for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, Lawful Interception), define business rules and data exchange requirements for number portability and voice/SMS routing, establish data reporting needs and frequencies, and define acceptance criteria and test scenarios to satisfy country-specific regulatory hurdles.
- The position requires managing technical-regulatory checklists for multiple countries, coordinating with central databases and external partners to meet QoS and integration milestones, and providing functional leadership and mentorship to Solution Analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure traceability from regulation to implementation.
