Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and technologically resourceful Executive Assistant & Finance Specialist to support company leadership, assist with financial reporting and analysis, and help implement artificial intelligence and automation throughout the organization.
- The role includes providing direct administrative support to company executives (calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, communications, and project assistance), preparing and maintaining financial reports, operating dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, identifying and building AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve efficiency across finance, accounting, operations, marketing, leasing, construction, and executive administration, and serving as the primary administrator for company software platforms and business systems including onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, basic technical support, subscription/license monitoring, cybersecurity support, and integrations between HR, payroll, accounting, and operational platforms.
