  • The Senior Splicer / Plant Lead is responsible for maintaining and managing ISP/OSP cable infrastructure, performing fusion splicing, conducting cable audits, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • The role involves supervising field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with external agencies.
  • It requires developing processes, training personnel, and overseeing complex cable installations and repairs.
  • The position is onsite at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, HI, with travel throughout Oahu and occasional trips to Kauai.
  • The candidate must be local to Oahu and possess relevant experience and certifications.

Requirements
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) eligible at onset of employment.
  • Ability to have and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and data management.
