  • You are a member of the Benefit Carrier Integrations team responsible for implementing and servicing files exchanging demographic, plan, and enrollment data between WorkforceNow and third-party vendors.
  • You will support API Benefit Carrier Integrations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with partners, and assist with open enrollment processes.
  • The role requires technical troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Salesforce helpful.
  • Preferred candidates have benefits experience and API/EDI experience.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a software and/or service company environment.
  • Benefits Administration Experience.
  • Project Management Competency.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience with WorkforceNow Benefits and/or Benefit Carrier Integrations.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues/defects with existing code.
  • Strong communication skills to update partners on status and next steps.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Product Engineers, third-party vendors, and clients for setup and best practices.
  • Serve as a technical resource for API integrations questions.
  • Participate in conference calls with clients, carriers, brokers, sales, and prospects.
  • Maintain contact information for third-party vendors and track system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and test integrations for data accuracy.
  • Continuous learning of new technologies and templates.
  • Support monthly Open Enrollment renewals.
