Description
- You are a member of the Benefit Carrier Integrations team responsible for implementing and servicing files exchanging demographic, plan, and enrollment data between WorkforceNow and third-party vendors.
- You will support API Benefit Carrier Integrations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with partners, and assist with open enrollment processes.
- The role requires technical troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Salesforce helpful.
- Preferred candidates have benefits experience and API/EDI experience.

Requirements
- Experience working in a software and/or service company environment.
- Benefits Administration Experience.
- Project Management Competency.
- Technical troubleshooting experience with WorkforceNow Benefits and/or Benefit Carrier Integrations.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues/defects with existing code.
- Strong communication skills to update partners on status and next steps.
- Partner with Account Managers, Product Engineers, third-party vendors, and clients for setup and best practices.
- Serve as a technical resource for API integrations questions.
- Participate in conference calls with clients, carriers, brokers, sales, and prospects.
- Maintain contact information for third-party vendors and track system updates.
- Troubleshoot and test integrations for data accuracy.
- Continuous learning of new technologies and templates.
- Support monthly Open Enrollment renewals.
