Description
- Able is seeking an Operations Analyst (Finance) to join the Operations function and work closely with the Head of Finance.
- This hands-on role combines finance execution—owning payroll across LATAM and US systems, managing employee expenses, supporting the monthly close through journal entries and reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial data—with data and business insights responsibilities such as building leadership dashboards, establishing recurring reporting cadences, defining business metrics, monitoring data quality across systems (HubSpot/Attio, Deel, Greenhouse), and providing ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- The role is remote (Latin America) and emphasizes building processes, improving systems, and establishing reporting capabilities.
