Description
- 20four7VA is hiring offshore independent contractors to provide remote business support to a growing residential and commercial construction company.
- The contractor will handle back-office workflows including monitoring and organizing invoices and documents, routing invoices to the bookkeeper, tracking subcontractor compliance (COIs, W-9s, workers’ compensation), assisting with permits, utilities and inspections, supporting estimating and bid preparation, placing and tracking material orders, and maintaining project schedules and documentation in tools like Monday.com and Google Drive.
- The role includes ongoing project coordination, distribution of plan sets, running job-open checklists, and proactive follow-up on outstanding items.
- Each engagement is governed by an independent contractor agreement with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
