As Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive CUJU's digital growth by creating and optimizing data-driven online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be at the center of user acquisition, engagement, and overall performance marketing strategy.
Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing international full-funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals; planning and managing budget-oriented online campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more; segmenting target audiences and exploring new channels and customer journeys to scale user growth; monitoring costs per acquisition and optimizing budget allocation; building marketing funnels and campaigns to activate users of the CUJU app; tracking and analyzing campaign performance using KPIs and tools like Looker Studio, Excel, or CRM systems; deriving actionable insights and implementing continuous improvements; collaborating with internal teams and external agencies; conducting market benchmarking, user persona, and competitor analyses; supporting cross-market learning and rollouts; tracking campaign performance and reporting regularly with optimization suggestions; conducting A/B testing of content, ads, and landing pages; and overseeing budget efficiency.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of practical experience in paid media/performance marketing; strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager; an analytical mindset with expertise in tracking, analytics tools, and Excel; data-driven decision-making skills with experience in performance KPIs; a degree in marketing, economics, data science, or a related field; bonus experience with CRM systems, Looker Studio, or marketing automation tools; fluent German and English skills (Portuguese is a plus); and willingness to work occasionally on-site in Hamburg.
