We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide overall project management for structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals jobs in our Glen Burnie, MD office. This role is responsible for establishing project objectives, developing management plans, and maintaining liaison with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. The Project Manager will oversee contractual, technical, and financial matters, while coordinating closely with field and engineering teams to ensure efficient, timely, and profitable project execution. Key Responsibilities include reviewing, managing, and monitoring all aspects of contractual, technical, and financial documents; directing project execution; establishing schedules; serving as primary liaison with customers; expediting RFIs and documentation; coordinating material needs; monitoring costs; identifying scope changes; providing invoicing info; documenting activities; preparing cost data; utilizing company software; attending meetings and site visits; ensuring project accessories are available; leading coordination meetings; supporting field activities as needed.
