your main objective will be to support our customers and member stores with enquiries. You will use your people skills to build and maintain relationships with retail customers through our various communication channels including through live chat
emails and phone calls. You will find yourself working proactively across multiple teams including the Retail/Wholesale Customer service team
Retail Online and the wider Customer Service team which includes Trents. About you: You'll be a people person who enjoys working in a fun and inclusive team environment.
