For this questionwe don't mean relationship riskslike arguing with your boss; we also don't mean security riskslike travelling somewhere dangerous for work. We mean taking a risk in your approach to achieving an outcome in your job. This means that in a task at workyou had at least two options for how to approach the task. One of those options was the usual or safer approachand the other was a riskier approach that potentially had a bigger payoff - and that's the option you chose. It might have worked or it might not have workedit doesn't matter. In your answerwe want you to explain four things: (1) the contextwhat you had to achieve and what options were available to you(2) why you thought the risk was worth it(3) what the result wasand (4) what you learnt from the experience.
