ensuring they are providing exceptional service to all customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience - Collaborate with other departments
such as sales and marketing
to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience - Train and develop customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Resilient and dedicated individual with excellent communication and adaptability skills - Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
