Job Responsibilities • Provide frontline International advice to Australian artists and arts organisations • Support the end-to-end delivery and evaluation of international engagement projects and initiatives in priority regions • Deliver activities and resources that support capability building

market and audience development and cultural exchange of Australian artists and arts organisations in international markets • Collaborate with the communications team in identifying
creating and delivering internal and external communications (e.g website updates
case studies
regular updates) • Contribute to the collation
analysis and dissemination of intelligence on international opportunities
market trends
challenges and avenues to support Australian artists and arts organisations • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and identify and respond to opportunities and challenges of Australian artists and arts organisations in international markets • Manage supplier and partner contracts and monitor budgets and expenditure
including processing invoices and payments • Undertake scoping
planning and refinement for future international engagement project opportunities and provide recommendations • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and prepare briefing papers to the Director International to support effective decision making • Ensure accurate and timely data is entered into the CRM system to enhance Creative Australia’s ability to provide exceptional service to artists and arts organisations • Demonstrate the application of Creative Australia’s values in all aspects of your work • Participate effectively in the ongoing processes of Creative Australia’s team meetings and the organisation’s performance management process • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to work health and safety policies and procedures • Undertake other duties and projects reasonably requested by your direct supervisor or senior management
