Partnership Development and Networking (20% of the time spent on partnerships) • IPD Partnership guidelines developed and rolled out within all locations • Coordinate and facilitate consortium formation and proposal development processes externally
with consortium and / or local implementing partners • Participate in regional IPD networking and training forums and contribute to development of new IPD strategies to improve practice. • Work closely with the GSC in ESAF and IO to ensure coordinated contact with donors. • Develop MOUs
