Roles and Responsibilities Acquisition (Fundraising and Donor liaison) • 40% of the time spent on writing concepts
reviewing and technical guidance for staff • Develop and submit 2 5 proposals to SOS CV International Office and other private donors • Develop and implement a fundraising strategy for institutional grants. Donor Contract Management (10% of the time spent on DCM.) • Submit monthly and quarterly donor reports • Develop and submit Institutional Funding and reporting timeline • Develop and maintain workspaces in the Grant management Tracker system for management of institutional contracts. • Provide regular communication with the SOS CV international and regional offices Strategy/Capacity Building (30% of the time spent on capacity building in grants management). • Train and support relevant staff in Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach among other models and approaches • Document learning on the implementation of donor-funded grants and contracts. • Conduct capacity building for all grants in Grants management to improve burn rates and results-based reporting 2 • Provide technical advice for budget reviews and work plans for all grants to improve donor contract management. Partnership Development and Networking (20% of the time spent on partnerships) • IPD Partnership guidelines developed and rolled out within all locations • Coordinate and facilitate consortium formation and proposal development processes externally
with consortium and / or local implementing partners • Participate in regional IPD networking and training forums and contribute to development of new IPD strategies to improve practice. • Work closely with the GSC in ESAF and IO to ensure coordinated contact with donors. • Develop MOUs
pre-teaming agreements or other required documentation in relation to consortium formation and partnership development Safeguarding • Ensuring that key stakeholders are made aware of safeguarding measures and are supported in implementing them • Ensuring that safeguarding is integrated in all management processes including recruitment
