as well as having responsibility for the successful submission of legal entity submissions to Group on a monthly basis. • The Accounting data team will facilitate Master Data Management
Chart of Accounts
and the Finance Data Lake. This will be an important team that will continue to support the strategic delivery of the wider Accounting team
ensuring new data requests are sourced strategically within the accounting domain in accordance with data governance standards in a controlled manner. They will also be responsible for ensuring that data used in the accounting processes is suitably owned and controlled. • The Accounting Control team role will be responsible for systems maintenance and integration. It ensures the controls over the integration of data from source systems to the accounting systems (principally Oracle and the Data Lake) to ensure seamless and efficient data flow. This includes the performance of daily reconciliations and controls which allows for the early identification and remediation of issues.
