We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee recruitment
employee relations
and administrative operations across the Middle East and Europe the ideal candidate will have exceptional English and Arabic language skills
strong interviewing and hiring expertise
and the ability to manage tasks efficiently with excellent follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
including sourcing
interviewing
and onboarding candidates in the Middle East and Europe. - Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in English and Arabic (written and spoken) to liaise with stakeholders across different regions. - Task Follow-Up Ensure all HR and administrative tasks are tracked
completed on time
and followed up meticulously. - Availability: Be accessible during weekends and public holidays when urgent matters arise. - Employee Relations: Handle HR operations
including contracts
policies
and employee engagement initiatives. - Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws in the Middle East and Europe. - Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations
vendor relations
and other administrative duties as needed. Requirements: - 5+ years of HR and Administration experience
preferably in multinational settings. - Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory). - Proven track record in hiring and interviewing candidates across different regions. - Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and be available on weekends/public holidays when required. - Knowledge of labour laws in the Middle East and Europe are a plus.
