At his/her assigned school and in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and applicable regulations
the administrator's duties shall include: Administer curriculum and instruction of the students enrolled in his/her school. Advise and assist the principal in recruiting and appointing regarding the following: Teaching Staff and Paraprofessionals Other Professional Staff All Non-Professional Staff Scheduling - Master Schedule Other resource and service personnel; while functioning in the assigned school. Assist the principal as to supervision and oversight
in accordance with their right to due process
all of the above staff while they are employed at the assigned school in the following areas: Discipline Assignment Promotion Evaluation Suspension Demotion Termination Assist in the supervision and operational management of school personnel
facilities and property. Manage
operate and evaluate educational programs and services. Provide for the implementation and observance
by the school's staff and students
of all school committee policies and regulations.
