from customers to technical experts. You’ll strive to provide customers with a resolution and a positive experience. In return

and down-to-earth team with fantastic leaders. You will be given full training and will have ongoing assistance and support. Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative
your day-to-day duties will include: Managing customer inquiries via telephone
email
and web chat. Handling inquiries related to our products
offering sales support
troubleshooting product issues
and scheduling service technicians as needed. To be successful in this role you need: Previous customer service call center experience of 1-2 years preferred A confident and friendly communication style Patience and a passion for problem-solving The ability to remain calm under pressure A reliable fiber internet connection and a quiet home setup for remote work The start date is 15 April 2024 This is a 100% work-from-home
shift-based role. So you can be based anywhere in New Zealand! Shift Patterns: Option 1: Two-week rotation: Week 1 working Monday to Friday. Week 2 will require you to work 1 weekend day (you will have 1 day off during the week
and 1 weekend day off). Start times between 7:00am and 9:00am
finish between 3.30pm and 5:30pm
