My ambition is always to exceed my past performance whether that be with customer service resulting in a great customer experience or gaining further education to upskill myself. Harewood. Your training roster will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. You will have ongoing training for 16-17 weeks total to learn all there is about NZ Post. The roster post training will be Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. Day to day you will: Receive and respond to information and queries across a diverse range of channels including phone
email and social media Resolve customer queries end to end
navigating a variety of systems at any given time Use your customer service skills and experience to manage difficult customer queries
with support where necessary Please note our process may require you to complete online testing to understand you technical capability
