GBI - WEGBE and the management of the abovenamed Centre is seeking for applications from qualified persons for appointment for the position of an ACCOUNTS CLERK 1.0 Summary of Job Duties To ensure financial accountability of project funds and undertake day-to-day project activities assigned by the Project Director. 2.0 Duties  Prepares and registers vouchers with their supporting documents into available tools.  Submits monthly project financial reports to the Frontline Church Partner/Compassion International Ghana through the Project Director.  Makes payments per administrative manual in consultation with Frontline Church Partner (FCP) leadership.  Submits to the Project Director and FCP leadership monthly and quarterly financial report.  Ensures that procurement policies are followed  Has oversight responsibility on petty cash management  Discharges such other duties as assigned by the Project Director or FCP leadership. 3.0 External Relations  Collaborates and networks with like minded organizations / institutions to achieve beneficiary and partner outcomes. S/he works with external governmental institutions example Internal Revenue Authority
