In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth of ZURU's FMCG brands in Europe, especially in the DACH, CEE, and GCC regions.
You will assist the Marketing Manager in executing local marketing strategies, developing new go-to-market plans, managing influencer campaigns, and supporting product launches.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure marketing activities positively impact brand growth, visibility, and revenue.
You will analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and provide insights to position the brands effectively in relevant markets.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in brand, digital, or agency marketing, preferably with multinational experience
Team-oriented mindset that fosters a positive and high-performance culture
Energetic, creative, solutions-focused, and independent work approach
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with growth-oriented thinking
Excellent English communication skills, presentation abilities, and familiarity with social media; additional languages are a plus
