Requirements
8+ years of Field or Event Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, physical security, or enterprise technology
Proven ability to design field programs aligned to GTM goals - pipeline generation, ABM motions, regional awareness, and enterprise relationship-building
Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills; highly organized, scrappy, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills with creative instincts - you know how to craft memorable experiences that reinforce brand narrative
Comfortable with data and ROI analysis, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Splash, or equivalent platforms
Flexible time off to rest and recharge, including Winter Break (time off between Christmas and New Year’s for most roles, depending on customer demand)
