  • The Key Account Management Lead will oversee the Latam team, develop client strategies, foster relationships with key merchants, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of payments and financial services.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
  • Leadership experience handling international clients in the payments industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
