Description
- In this role, you will lead and support key customers in the grocery retail sector within your regional sales area (Bielefeld, Osnabrück, Münster, Paderborn).
- You will identify growth opportunities, optimize shelf placements, expand distribution, and enforce promotional activities.
- You will work closely with store managers, department heads, and business owners, managing your customer portfolio holistically through planning, documentation, and CRM systems.
- Additionally, you will conduct competitive analyses during market visits and represent yfood at relevant trade fairs and events.
- The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, strategic market analysis, and brand representation.

Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail salesperson or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution.
- Several years of professional experience in the retail sector and ideally in FMCG field sales.
- Confident demeanor with strong communication skills to strengthen yfood's market leadership in the meal replacement segment.
- A winning, dynamic personality with assertiveness and problem-solving skills.
- High level of initiative and hands-on mentality, with a strong customer and service orientation.
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive approach, and willingness to take on responsibilities from day one.
- High willingness to travel and stay overnight in hotels, with a valid driver's license class B.
